Web Design. Content. ETC.
A Concept for Your Overall Presence
A strong online presence isn’t built from loose, disparate elements, but from a well-thought-out concept. I combine web design, content, graphic design, and print into a cohesive process that reflects exactly what you need. For you, this means: a dedicated point of contact, clear workflows, and a result that is high-quality, understandable, and sustainable—both digitally and in print.
Different Layers. One Coherent Presence.
Different levels.
A cohesive presentation.
Web Design
Your Website
Custom websites and relaunches with clear structure, strong design and WordPress as a foundation
Your website should show what you stand for, what you offer and what sets you apart. To do that, it needs more than a beautiful layout: clear content, a structure that makes sense and a design that feels right for you.
I create websites with WordPress and Elementor — whether it is your first website or a carefully rebuilt relaunch of an existing presence. Concept, page structure, design and technical implementation are not developed in isolation. For me, content, design and function belong together.
The result is not a generic website off the shelf, but a web presence that fits your offer, your audience and your visual identity.
Concept
I develop the conceptual and visual foundation of your website: with a meaningful page structure, clear user guidance and a visual direction that fits your offer.
Layout & Design
Your website gets an individual look that fits your offer, your audience and your visual style. The design is responsive and created with desktop, tablet and smartphone in mind.
WordPress & Elementor
I build your website with WordPress and Elementor. This creates a flexible foundation that is professionally designed and can be expanded or maintained later if needed.
Usability & User Guidance
I make sure visitors can find their way around quickly, understand your content easily and access important contact options without difficulty. The goal is a website that not only looks good, but guides clearly.
Basic SEO
I take care of fundamental SEO structures such as clean headings, logical page structure, meta titles and meta descriptions. This creates a solid basis for better visibility.
Technical Setup and Launch
I take care of the technical setup, basic configuration and preparation of your website for publication. This also includes basic testing before launch.
Accessibility in Mind
I pay attention to making the design as accessible as possible within the scope of the basic implementation — for example through structure, readability, contrasts and usability.
Maintenance & Ongoing Development
If you’d like, I can continue to support your website after launch — with maintenance, updates, editorial care and future adjustments.
If you need a new website or your current presence no longer feels right for you, I can conceive and develop a custom website for you: clearly structured, professionally implemented and designed to make your offer visible in a coherent way.
Content
Content & Strategy
Website copy, structure, and content with a clear focus
Good content gets to the heart of what matters. It gives orientation, makes your offer easy to understand and helps visitors quickly see whether they are in the right place.
I develop website copy, content structure and SEO fundamentals, and I revise existing texts when they need more clarity, focus or precision. This is not just about beautiful wording, but about clear messages, meaningful page structures and content that fits your offer. Especially on websites, copy cannot be separated from design: page structure, user guidance and visual layout all shape how clear and convincing your web presence feels.
Content Structure
I organize your content in a meaningful way and develop a clear direction for your website copy. This is about what matters, where it belongs and how your offer can be communicated clearly.
Website Copy
I write or revise copy for your website — clear, professional and aligned with your offer. The goal is content that does not sound generic, but presents your work in a way that is understandable and convincing.
Editing & Proofreading
Existing texts can be refined, shortened, expanded or brought into a consistent style. I pay attention to clarity, tone, structure and a polished overall impression.
SEO Fundamentals
I take basic SEO aspects into account, such as meaningful keywords, clear headings, meta titles and meta descriptions. This makes your content not only easier to read, but also easier to understand and categorize.
Editorial Care
Existing content can also be revised, updated or restructured. This is especially useful when your website has grown over time and needs to become clearer again.
Image and Content Logic
Text, images and design should work together. That is why I also look at how content is visually supported and whether imagery, copy and page structure fit together.
If your website should not only be well designed, but also clearly structured in terms of content, I develop copy, structure and messaging that make your offer easy to understand and guide visitors through your website with purpose.
ETC. | Design and Print
Print Media & Graphics
Complementary Design for Web & Print
Sometimes a website is not enough. Graphics, simple illustrations and print media can complement your visual identity and make it visible across other media as well.
I design them to match your existing or newly developed look — from website graphics and simple illustrations to business cards, flyers or PDF documents.
Web Graphics & Illustrations
I design graphic elements for your website or digital presence — for example simple illustrations, detail graphics or visual accents.
Image Selection and Image Editing
I support you in selecting, editing and preparing suitable images. This includes cropping, color and contrast adjustments, as well as optimization for web or print.
Print Media
I design print media that fit your visual identity — for example business cards, flyers, brochures, stationery, gift certificates, posters, signs, roll-ups, menus or CD covers.
PDF Documents
I also design digital documents such as information sheets, price lists or presentation pages in a style that fits your visual identity — with accessibility in mind if needed.
Current Visual Identity
If you already have a logo, colors, fonts or other design elements, I develop graphics and media based on them, so your presence remains recognizable across different touchpoints.
A Consistent Overall Look
I make sure your website, content, graphics and print media do not feel like separate pieces, but are perceived as one coherent whole.
If you need graphics, print media or digital documents, I create materials that fit your visual identity and carry your presence beyond the website.
My goal is to make what matters most visible and your identity tangible — through a clear, coherent interplay of content, structure and design. So that what defines you comes into focus. And so others can understand at a glance: who you are, what you do and what you stand for.
Process and Project Start
Here's How Your Request Becomes a Project
First Conversation
We briefly talk about your project, where you currently stand and what kind of support you are looking for. No obligation — just an honest look at whether and how I can support you in a meaningful way.
Initial Assessment and Scope
You receive an initial assessment of the direction, scope and possible costs. If this is to become a concrete project, we then clarify the details I need to prepare a suitable proposal.
Proposal and Project Start
Based on this, you receive a clear and transparent proposal. If the scope feels right to you and you approve it, I start with concept development and implementation at the agreed time.

Questions and Answers: Prices & Process
Website, Content & Support
Who Do You Work For and Which Industries Do You Support?
I work with self-employed professionals, small and medium-sized businesses, skilled trades, practices, service providers, creatives, musicians, experts and product brands. My client base is intentionally broad, because a strong presence is not tied to one specific industry.
What matters is that your website, content and design fit who you are, what your business stands for and what you offer. A practice needs a different language than a musician, a skilled trade business a different presence than a product brand. That is why I look at every project closely — visually, conceptually and strategically.
How Much Does a Website Cost and Why Are There No Fixed Packages?
There's no one-size-fits-all answer, since every project is different. The actual effort involved depends on what you really need for your website.
Is this your very first website, or are we rebuilding an existing presence as part of a relaunch? How many pages are needed? What technical requirements are involved? How much support do you need with copy or image selection?
Rigid pre-made packages do not allow for fair pricing. That is why we first talk briefly about your project, so I can get a better sense of the actual scope. After that, you receive an initial and honest assessment of the possible cost range.
Do You Charge by the Hour or Is There a Fixed Price?
For the actual website project, I prepare a concrete proposal with a binding fixed price once we have clarified all requirements together. Everything we agree on for the project is implemented at exactly that price. For you, this means planning security for the agreed project scope.
Additional services, later extensions, editorial care or adjustments after launch are agreed separately and billed depending on the scope — either by effort or by the hour.
Do You Also Optimize or Revise Existing Websites?
No, I do not directly revise existing websites within an existing system if they were built by other service providers or on other platforms.
When we start a new project, I build it on a clean new WordPress installation. This allows me to coordinate structure, design and technology from the beginning and create a stable foundation.
Of course, this is different if I have already built your website for you. Existing client projects are something I can maintain, update and expand on the existing installation.
Do You Only Work with WordPress?
Yes. For web design, I deliberately work with WordPress. For design and implementation, I use Elementor, because it allows for flexible, expandable and long-term maintainable websites.
I develop design, structure and content to fit your project — not with ready-made standard layouts, but as an independent website that is technically well built and can grow with your offer.
Will I Be Able to Maintain the Website Myself Later On?
Yes. If you'd like to manage certain sections yourself after the launch—such as News or Events—I'll set up the backend specifically for you. You'll be able to easily update text and images using simple, clean input forms.
The advantage: You only insert the actual content and don't work directly on the design or structure. This way, there's no risk of formatting or layouts shifting unintentionally, and your visual appearance remains consistent over time.
Do You Also Write the Copy for My Website — or Is There More to It?
Yes, website copy, structure and content are an integral part of many projects. This is not about generic advertising copy, but about a conceptual and strategic approach.
Before I write, I analyze how your offer needs to be structured so visitors can quickly understand what it is about. I develop a clear direction for your content, organize priorities across the individual pages and make sure the copy is understandable for your audience and meaningfully structured for search engines.
Do You Also Write English Website Copy?
My main language for concept development, website copy and editorial work is German. I can design, structure and build websites in both German and English — including layout, page structure and multilingual setup.
For original English copy, I recommend working with a professional translator or native-speaking copywriter. You can also provide the final English texts yourself, and I will integrate them into the website so they work well with the structure and design.
I Already Have Texts — Can You Optimize Them?
Yes. You do not necessarily have to have all copy written from scratch by me. If you already have drafts or content from an old website, I can take care of editing and proofreading.
I check your texts for readability, correct grammar and spelling, and adjust them strategically so they work online, reach your audience clearly and fit seamlessly into the new layout.
Do You Also Support Me with Image Selection and Editing?
Yes, visual content is an important part of the content process for me. I support you with image research and image selection, so the visuals fit your overall presence.
I also take care of professional image editing — such as cropping, color correction or smaller retouching — so all visual content feels consistent and is technically optimized for fast loading times on the web.
Do You Also Do SEO?
I provide every new website with a solid SEO foundation. This includes clean headings, meaningful page structure, meta titles, meta descriptions and a clear content direction.
Extensive SEO campaigns, ongoing link building or highly specialized technical analyses are not my main focus. My aim is to give your website a solid, understandable and well-structured foundation.
Do You Also Support the Website After Launch?
Yes. If you’d like, I can continue to support your website after launch — with technical maintenance, updates, smaller adjustments, editorial care or later extensions.
This way, your website does not simply stand still, but can continue to grow with your offer.
What If My Project Has Specific Requirements?
I am your dedicated point of contact for concept development, design, content and implementation. If a project has specific requirements that go beyond my core area of expertise, I can bring in the right specialists if needed or recommend suitable contacts.
Graphics & Print Media
What Do You Consider Graphic Design or Print Media?
For me, graphic design primarily involves creating complementary designs for your website and brand identity. This includes, for example, print materials such as business cards, flyers, gift certificates, menus, or simple PDF documents, as well as image editing, web graphics, or visual elements—whenever they make sense for the project.
Comprehensive corporate design systems, large illustration series, packaging, social media campaigns, or purely graphic design projects unrelated to an existing or planned brand identity are not part of my area of expertise. If a project falls into this category, we’ll discuss in advance whether and to what extent I can meaningfully support you.
Can I Also Request Only Graphics or Print Media?
Yes. Individual graphic or print media projects can also be requested independently of a website. However, I primarily take on such projects if they complement a website I have developed or can be clearly integrated into an existing visual identity.
Whether a one-time order is a good fit depends on the scope, the type of medium, and the available material. We'll discuss this together in advance.
How Does Billing Work for Graphics and Print Projects?
Since graphic design and print projects vary greatly in scope, I tailor my approach to each project. Depending on the project, we either work with a pre-agreed fixed price for the entire project, or I simply bill for my services based on actual time spent at an hourly rate.
We'll clarify in advance, in a transparent manner, which approach makes the most sense.
Do you have a specific request or any questions? Let’s just have a quick chat and go over your project together.
