Visual media with a systematic approach and an eye for the big picture.
Graphic Design. Illustration. Print.
Visual Communication
A visual identity often consists of more than just a website. Maybe you need a flyer or brochure, a custom illustration, an infographic, or materials that align with your brand image even outside the web. I develop these types of materials to complement your existing or planned brand identity. You can also request individual graphic design and print projects from me, even if they’re not tied to a website.

Print Media & Business Supplies
Even though so much happens digitally these days, there are still plenty of situations where paper is simply the right medium. I design flyers, leaflets, business documents, and small brochures tailored to your company and the specific occasion. If you already have a brand identity, I’ll ensure it’s consistently applied in print; for projects without specific design guidelines, I’ll develop a suitable visual style for the medium in question.
Flyers & Brochures
For events, promotions, informational materials, or as a concise company profile, I design single- and multi-page flyers as well as various folded formats. I adapt existing text and images to the chosen format and develop a layout in which content and design naturally complement each other.
Business Cards & Business Stationery
I design business cards, stationery, and other business materials to create a consistent visual identity based on existing logos, colors, and fonts. If I have already designed a website or other materials for you, I can incorporate that style directly and adapt it for the relevant print media.
Brochures & Informational Materials
I design smaller brochures, informational materials, or multi-page presentations in such a way that even more extensive content remains clear and visually cohesive. Depending on the source material, I not only handle the layout but can also edit and design text, images, and graphic elements.

Photo Editorial & Image Editing
Images shape a visual identity at least as much as color and typography. I help select appropriate imagery and edit existing images so that different shots work well together and complement the design. Depending on the project, this ranges from adjusting individual images to developing a consistent visual language.
Image Selection & Processing
I review existing image material or search for suitable subjects and compile a selection that fits the respective project both in terms of content and visuals. In doing so, I also consider how images can be combined with one another and which crop areas work best for the intended formats.
Image Editing & Compositing
Colors, contrasts, lighting, and backgrounds can be specifically adjusted; distracting details can be corrected as needed; and various image elements can be combined. The extent of the editing depends on the source material and on what is actually necessary to achieve the desired design.
Adaptation for Web & Print
Depending on whether an image is used on a website, in a PDF, or in print, the format and technical requirements vary. I prepare the material for its specific use, adjust the size, resolution, and color space, and optimize web images in terms of file size and loading time.
Graphic Elements & Illustration
Illustrations, infographics, and other graphic elements open up additional possibilities for conveying content visually. They can clarify technical concepts, condense information, or strategically expand an existing visual language. Depending on the project, I develop individual visual elements, web graphics, and infographics, as well as custom illustrations for digital and print applications.
Vector Graphics & Illustrations
I create custom illustrations and graphic designs for a variety of topics and applications—including medical and other technical illustrations. I create many of these pieces as vector graphics, ensuring they remain scalable without any loss of quality and can be flexibly adapted for various formats. Depending on the design, colors can also be changed, individual elements adjusted, or variations created for different applications.
Web & Infographics
For websites, I develop graphics that blend into the existing design and visually complement the content or make it easier to understand. Infographics are particularly useful when information, processes, or relationships cannot be conveyed through text alone. The design and level of detail depend on the content and on where and how the graphic will ultimately be used.
Visual Elements
Not every graphic design element needs to take center stage as a standalone illustration. Custom-designed shapes, lines, patterns, or other graphic elements can complement a layout, structure sections, or extend an existing visual language. They are developed to suit the specific medium and the existing visual identity.
Print Data & Production
There is a crucial technical step between a finished design and the printed result. I prepare my layouts to meet the requirements of the specific production process, create the necessary print files, and, if needed, clarify technical details with the print shop. In doing so, I take into account factors such as format, bleed, resolution, and color space, as well as the specific requirements of the chosen printing process.
Final Artwork & Typesetting
Before sending the file to print, I review and finalize the layout for production. This includes, among other things, typesetting and typography, spacing and positioning, as well as the correct placement of images and graphic elements. Any final content or design corrections can also be incorporated during this step.
Prepress Production
I prepare the final files according to the technical specifications of the respective printing company. Format, bleed, image resolution, color space, and export settings are configured accordingly to ensure that the file is properly prepared for the intended production.
Coordination with printing companies
If there are technical questions regarding format, paper, finishing, or data requirements for a project that need to be clarified, I’ll also handle the coordination with the printer. This ensures that any special production considerations can be taken into account during the design and data preparation phases.
Good design isn't just about catching the eye. It's about making things clearer, more understandable, and more recognizable. It's important to me that form, content, and medium work together—whether on paper, on a screen, or somewhere in between.

What services does the Graphics & Print division offer?
In the field of graphic design, this includes, among other things, the creation of graphics and illustrations, as well as image editing and image processing. In the print sector, for example, I design flyers, leaflets, business documents, brochures, and other communication materials.
Digital documents and PDF files can also be designed from scratch or adapted from print media for digital use.
For print media, the production process involves creating final artwork and preparing print-ready files. If needed, I can also coordinate with the printer.
Can I book graphic design and print services even if I don't have a website?
Yes. Graphic design and print services can also be commissioned as standalone projects. For existing brand identities, I adapt them to the respective medium; for individual projects without an existing design, I develop a unique visual solution tailored to the respective medium.
Do you also create graphics and illustrations yourself?
Yes. Depending on the project, I create vector graphics, infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements for digital and print applications.
The type, style, and scope depend on the content, intended use, and existing visual identity. Custom-designed graphics and illustrations can both convey information clearly and serve as an integral part of the visual design.
Do you also handle photo editing and image processing?
Yes. Depending on the project, I handle the research and selection of appropriate images and arrange them so that they complement the specific project and work well together. I can edit existing images and adapt them creatively for the specific application. This includes, for example, cropping, color and tone corrections, and minor retouching.
Do you also handle print files and coordinate with the printer?
Yes. For print projects, the process involves creating final artwork and preparing print-ready files. In doing so, I take into account the specific production requirements, such as format, bleed, resolution, and color space. If necessary, I also coordinate technical details with the print shop.
How are graphic design and print services billed?
Depending on the project, graphic design and print services can be billed at a fixed price or based on actual hours worked. The most appropriate billing method depends on the nature and scope of the project, the available source material, and the design and technical effort required. The billing method and estimated budget are agreed upon before the project begins.

The Complete Package
Web Design
Graphics and visual design are often part of a larger brand presence. Even if the structure, content, and technical implementation need to be created from scratch, I’ll develop a custom website based on these elements—from concept and design to implementation using WordPress and Elementor.
Linguistic Style
Copywriting & Editing
A good visual presentation can convey a lot, but the content must be just as strong. I develop new website copy, revise existing content, and bring structure to topics and messages so that the language and design work together to create a cohesive online presence.
Ongoing Website Maintenance
Care & Maintenance
Do you need regular updates or help with your content? I also offer editorial maintenance for existing websites. I handle all technical maintenance for websites that I developed and built myself.
